How Analyze was Used
“Analyze AVW version 7.0 … was used as the software package for initial image processing. MR images were cropped and converted to an isotropic voxel dimension of 0.1171875. The intensities of the MRI dataset used for the “atlas” image were adjusted, using visual inspection, for optimal contrast of gray and white matter structures, and converted from 16-bit to 8-bit intensity ranges.”
