How Analyze was Used
“Based on Paxinos mouse brain atlas [Paxinos and Franklin 2001], brain structures including cerebral cortex (CTX), caudoputamen (CP), thalamus (TH), hypothalamus (HY) and midbrain (MB) were outlined manually on the T1 maps using the ROI function in Analyze (AnalyzeDirect, KS).”
