How Analyze was Used
“Three-dimensional surface renderings were created from the μCT data using the Analyze software package (AnalyzeDirect Inc., Lenexa, KS). Applying a bone mineral density threshold of 0.45 g of hydroxyapatite/cm3 generated bone surface renderings.”
