How Analyze was Used
“MR imaging data sets were analyzed by using a commercially available biomedical image-processing software package (Analyze, version 6.2 …). With the use of three-dimensional region-of-interest analysis tools, a semiautomated seed-growing algorithm was used to identify all areas of T1 hypo intensity.”
