How Analyze was Used
‘The phantom CT data were networked to a computer running specialized software (Analyze 5.0 …). The stool subtraction algorithms were evaluated in series after feedback from the prior analysis. For each algorithm, the 16 flat polyps in the phantom were assessed using the unsubtracted and stool-subtracted (combination of unsubtracted and subtracted) data sets.”
