How Analyze was Used
“Confocal image slices were sequentially taken throughout the transmural depth of the muscularis propria in fine steps of 0.2–0.3 μm and were volume-rendered in three dimensions. Bitmaps of the positively labelled structures were then obtained using the Analyze software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS).”
