How Analyze was Used
“Analyze 11.0 software (AnalyzeDirect Inc., Overland Park, KS, USA) was also used to segment the same data sets. Objects were defined by thresholding a seed point close to the center of the object, and the seed point and threshold settings were propagated onto neighboring images to grow the object throughout the volume (Object Extractor tool).”
