How Analyze was Used
“The ROIs were spatially normalised from standard space to individual space by applying the deformation matrix previously generated by the normalisation of individual add images to a [11C]-raclopride template using SPM5 and were converted into object maps using Analyze 8.0 software (www.analyzedirect.com).”
