“Anatomic spatial co-registration between T2SE and T2*GE MRI scans and the corresponding histological sections of the same mouse was accomplished using image analysis software with a linked cursor system (Analyze, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS) (Robb, 1990).”
