How Analyze was Used
“Samples were positioned on a computer-controlled rotation stage and scanned 180° around the vertical axis in rotation steps of 0.45°. The samples were operated at a 60 kV peak and 130 μA. Scanned images were processed and analyzed with Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect).”
