How Analyze was Used
“Computations were done by an in-house image analysis algorithm written in C++ and Python that used the AVW image processing software library (AnalyzeDirect, Inc.). Three-dimensional surface renderings were created from the micro-CT data with the use of Analyze 7.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc.).”
