How Analyze was Used
“The kidney samples were scanned at 0.3° increments using a micro-CT scanner, (SkyScan 1076 system, Micro Photonics Inc, PA) and the X-ray transmission images were acquired in each angle of view at a resolution of 18 μm and digitized to 16 bits gray scale. 3D volume images were reconstructed using a filtered back-projection algorithm and displayed on a computer workstation by volume rendering for display and analysis of renal MV using the Analyze™ … software package.”
