“Subsequently, the 3D structure of new bone formation at surgical sites was precisely evaluated using auxiliary histomorphometric software (AnalyzeDirect, Kansas, USA). Furthermore, measurements of the ratio of bone volume to tissue volume (BV/TV) and bone mineral density (BMD) of newly formed mineral were also analyzed to further identify any differences among the three groups.”
