How Analyze was Used
“Prior to testing, the liver phantom was scanned using the CT scanner with a voxel size of 0.729 mm × 0.729 mm ×2 mm slice thickness. Segmentation was performed with a level-set segmentation technique using Analyze 9.0 software.”
