How Analyze was Used
“We combined the M1 ROIs from two widely available templates, namely the WFU- Pickatlas software ( Maldjian et al., 2003 and Maldjian et al., 2004) and Automated Anatomical Labelling software ( Tzourio-Mazoyer et al., 2002), and then manually modified the boundaries to fulfil the above criteria, using the image processing tools Analyze 5.0 and MRIcro.”
