How Analyze was Used
“Three-dimensional (3D) volumetric renderings were produced using Analyze 5.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS). Software provided with scanner was used to measure the 3D thickness distributions of the tibial plateaus, using a model-independent method [Hildebrand and Ruegsegger 1997].”
