How Analyze was Used
“The images were reconstructed using a soft-tissue kernel with an isotropic voxel size (edge length range: 0.1 – 0.3 mm). The geometric data were transformed in volumetric models using Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS, USA) to obtain vascular models. ”
