How Analyze was Used
“Images were then analyzed using Analyze 6.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS). Images were smoothed by using a 2 x 2 x 2 smoothing kernel filter so that noise random artiacts were removed while retaining the highest possible resolution.”
