How Analyze was Used
“Volumes of interest (VOI) of lateral ventricles were determined from threshold-based image segmentation of native cerebrospinal fluid contrast, where images were quantified for lateral ventricular volumes using Analyze 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect). In all cases, study personnel were blinded to genotype and treatment during acquisition and analysis.”
