How Analyze was Used
“Measurements of whole brain volume (WBV), whole cerebellum volume (WCV), cerebellar GM volume, and cerebellar WM volume were collected by means of semiautomatic volumetric analysis. Analyze 10.0 © software [31] was used to obtain all volume measures, and all data were processed by a single trained observer (KKC). WBV was defined as the supratentorial cerebrum, infratentorial cerebellum and brainstem (midbrain, pons and medulla) not including the meninges.”
