How Analyze was Used
“Stenotic-kidney RBF and GFR were measured using MDCT as previously describeD. Briefly, 140 consecutive scans (330 ms each) were performed following a central venous injection of iohexol (350 mg/ml per 2 s, GE Healthcare, Marlborough, MA, USA), and images reconstructed and displayed with the Analyze™ software package…For cardiac systolic and diastolic functions and LV muscle mass (LVMM), the entire heart was scanned 20 times using MDCT throughout the cardiac cycle, as described [55]. Images were analyzed with Analyze™.”
