How Analyze was Used
“We used the Analyze 12.0 toolkit (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, United States) in order to measure the HU values from the CT scan related to patients, printed cylinders and printed tumor phantom. The HU analysis was done by selecting different line profiles inside the corresponding region and measuring the HU by calculating the average and the standard deviation over all points for the selections related to those line profiles.”
