How Analyze was Used
“A ‘brightfield’ reference image was acquired with a 250-ms exposure. Tumor borders were defined within the reference image with Analyze image analysis software (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS). Areas of nonviable tumor tissue (skin, subcutaneous adipose, regions of necrosis) visible within the reference image were excluded.”
