“All the image analyses were performed using Analyze Version 8.1 (…www.analyzedirect.com) by a single operator… Additionally, on these slices, the right and left brain were delineated using the auto-trace tool of Analyze 8.1 based on the intensity visually adjusted to the boundary of the brain.”
