“Analyze 7.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS, USA) was used to coregister the pre- and post-operative MRI volumes using the ITK 3D registration function (Viola and Wells, 1997), followed by manual adjustment to precisely match the positions of the anterior and posterior commissures.”
