How Analyze was Used
“These high-resolution scans were fused with the low-resolution scans obtained using the clinical scanner into one volume using Analyze imaging software (AnalyzeDirect, Overland, KS) to allow analysis of microscopic and macroscopic detail in the same volume. For ease of comparison, all images were adjusted to represent the right ear (Fig. 1).”
