How Analyze was Used
“3T scanning of the hips was performed a mean (SD) of 4.2 (0.54) years prior to the current study and spanned 1.08 years. Subject-specific 3D models (point clouds) of the femur and acetabulum were developed by segmenting these bones manually from 3T MRI scans using Analyze software (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS, US).”
