“The DICOM images were exported to Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS), where symmetric segments of the bilateral hippocampal formations (hippocampus and dentate gyrus) were outlined manually from the pes hippocampus to the level of the superior colliculus.”
