How Analyze was Used
“A segmentation routine in ANALYZE was used to separate the brain from the surrounding tissue in the MRI data. PET data were then thresholded and coregistered to its respective MRI data using the NMI (Normalized Mutual Information) voxel match algorithm of the ANALYZE software package and cubic spline interpolation.”
