How Analyze was Used
“Cortical thickness was measured on approximately the same coronal sections for both the MRI images and the prepared brain sections. Analysis was conducted using Analyze software (version 10.0) for the MRI images and using a Leica microscope at a 5x objective with background correction for uneven illumination for the mounted brain sections.”
