How Analyze was Used
“Images were evaluated using the package AnalyzeAVW … running on a Silicon Graphics O2 computer… Liver volume was determined by manual segmentation on each slice and summing. Surface reconstructions of the liver were generated with the AnalyzeAVW Volume Render.”
