How Analyze was Used
“Regions of interest (ROIs) were manually delineated onto T2*-weighted images according to Paxinos and Franklin mouse brain atlas (2007) for the hippocampus, striatum, cortex and corpus callosum using Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). The region-specific volume was then automatically quantified.”
