How Analyze was Used
“900 μm of the trabecular bone of the tibia, distal to the growth zone was analysed to calculate the trabecular bone volumetric density (BV/TV) and the cortical bone volume, using the BMA module in Analyze 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). For these analyses, mice were excluded if image positioning was inappropriate (n = 2). The observer was blinded to the experimental group.”
