How Analyze was Used
“Using ImageJ … the 30 sagittal images were converted into a multidimensional biomedical imaging format (AnalyzeImage 7.5; AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS) according to a previously published protocol [Lang et al. 2010]. A commercially available biomedical imaging software package (Analyze 7.0; AnalyzeDirect) was used for subsequent image processing.”
