How Analyze was Used
“Using Analyze 7.0 (AnalyzeDirect Inc, Lenexa, Kan), we symmetrically created 16-mm-diameter circular regions of interest (ROIs) on each patient’s T2 images based on gyral anatomy, after eliminating cerebrospinal fluid voxels by segmentation of the T1-weighted scans in SPM2 and previously published thresholds [Falcao et al. 2004].”
