How Analyze was Used
“The acquired raw data were processed and displayed using VNMRJ.1D scanner software. The overall organization of the collagen fibres in the disc was visualized using spin-echo or GE data in two and three dimensions using ANALYZE software (AnalyzeDirect Inc., Lenexa, KS).”
