How Analyze was Used
“Reconstructed images were calibrated to 5 known densities of hydroxyapatite and analyzed using AnalyzePro (version 1.0; AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). For femurs, trabecular and cortical bones were segmented at 350 and 650 mg HA/cm3, respectively. The trabecular bone was traced using 50 slices (total of 0.5 mm) proximal to the distal femur growth.”
