How Analyze was Used
“Contiguous slice images of the whole body were used for quantitative assessment using Analyze 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). Weights of bone, lean and adipose tissue masses were determined and normalized by body weight as described previously.”
