How Analyze was Used
“For each patient, all the slices with tumour were selected. Regions of interest (ROIs) were first manually drawn by three experienced radiologists manually using the software Analyze Pro (https://analyzedirect.com/analyzepro/). They were required to cautiously draw all discernible tumour regions along axial directions, in which the images had a high resolution of 0.43 mm × 0.43 mm.”
