How Analyze was Used
“Regions of interest (ROIs) were created manually segmenting tumor, vessel (inferior vena cava), liver, renal cortex and urinary bladder using Analyze 10.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park KS). Signal intensities for post-injection scans were sampled for each ROI, and changes in intensities were calculated by subtraction of the average pre-injection intensity.”
