“Raw image sets were transferred to a processing workstation and converted into Analyze format (Analyze 7.0, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). Linear regression analysis of the normalized change in R1 versus time curve was carried out to compute the relative blood volume of tumors.”
