How Analyze was Used
“The baseline μCT data were converted to DICOM format (Scanco Medical) before post processing analysis (Analyze™, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). The mean cartilage thickness at the indentation testing was determined (Analyze), and the cartilage of each sample was evaluated using a standard indentation testing procedure.”
