How Analyze was Used
“PET data was reconstructed using FORE iterative reconstruction and segmented attenuation correction. Image data from the last 20 minutes of acquisition was summed, and these images were then exported and converted to Analyze 7.5 format (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS).
