How Analyze was Used
“Abdominal fat was characterized with MRI using a 1.5-T magnet … [Lam 2008] in the morning, having fasted for at least 4 h….The images were then segmented, and regions of interest of VAT [visceral adipose tissue] were created and their respective areas measured using appropriate software (Analyze 7.0).”
