How Analyze was Used
“In addition to studies correlating two imaging modalities (BLI and MRI), an alternative validation approach also found an outstanding correspondence (r2 higher than 0.9) between BLI measurements of supratentorial tumors in nude mice … or brainstem tumors in nude rats … and the actual tumor volume, as measured by sophisticated histopathologic morphometry using the Analyze 7.0 software.”
