How Analyze was Used
“A second registration to an optimised sub-cortical mask was then performed followed by boundary correction, with the resulting masks visually assessed for accuracy and manually edited using Analy[z]e 9.0 (https://analyzedirect.com) where discrepancies occurred. This method has been validated against the ‘gold-standard’ approach of manual tracing [Wardlaw et al. 2011].”
