How Analyze was Used
“Regions of Interest (ROI) analysis was performed with the software package Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA). In each subject, 10 ROIs were defined in distinct brain regions. ROIs were outlined in the frontal, parietal and occipital WM and in the corticospinal tract (posterior limb of the internal capsule) on both sides and also in the genu- and splenium of corpus callosum, similar to the ROI localizations.”
