How Analyze was Used
“The abdominal region was defined superiorly by the diaphragm and inferiorly by the pelvic epiphysis. Analysis was conducted with Caliper Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect). Visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue were segmented in the sagittal plane and volume measurements obtained with the Region of Interest module.”
