How Analyze was Used
“All image processing and quantitative analyses were performed using Analyze (Analyze 15.0; AnalyzeDirect, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA)… Quantitative structural analysis was performed using the Bone Microarchitecture (BMA) add-on implemented in Analyze 15.0. The BMA workflow followed the four-stage structure described in the thesis, comprising pre-processing, cortical segmentation, trabecular segmentation, and measurement.”
