How Analyze was Used
“Following reconstruction, DICOM files were calibrated to 5 known densities of hydroxyapatite (mg HA/cm3) and analyzed with AnalyzeDirect 14 software. Incisor enamel was segmented at >1,600 mg HA/cm3 for all groups. Molar enamel was manually traced for Amelx-iCre; Adam10fl/fl mice.”
